Theodore Siu is a Colorado native who came to Chicago as a student and never left. Through his interaction with other pastors and mentors, Theo encountered the saving love of God and wanted nothing more than to spend his days studying the Bible and making much of the good news of Jesus Christ and his life, death, and resurrection on behalf of sinners. In time, Theo joined the elder team at IBC, graduated with his Master of Divinity from Trinity International University, and completed a preaching certificate from the Chicago Course on Preaching. On April 23, 2022, Theo married his beloved wife Janice. The two of them enjoy living a quiet life in Chicago, learning to love God and serve their neighbors within the city.
